    Vivo has finally officially launched their highest flagship smartphone for this year, namely the Vivo X100 Ultra. This smartphone brings improvements to its main camera, where this smartphone comes using the latest 1 inch type main sensor from Sony.

    The Vivo The engine uses Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 with a configuration of up to 16GB RAM (LPDDR5X) and 1TB storage (UFS 4.0).

    For the camera, the Vivo Apart from that, it also has a periscope telephoto camera, with a 1/1.4 inch ISOCELL HP9 200MP sensor with f/2.67 aperture and 85mm equivalent focal length, and is equipped with Zeiss T* coating and Zeiss APO certification.

    The periscope camera supports up to 3.7x optical zoom and light sensitivity increased by 20%, as well as a macro telephoto mode with 20x magnification. For stabilization at telephoto, this smartphone uses industry-leading CIPA 4.5 technology.

    Vivo has been developing image processing technology for eight years, fixing common problems in taking photos. This smartphone is equipped with a Vivo V3+ chip, to assist the ISP on the SoC in handling 4K portrait video recording and processing.

    The main camera supports video recording up to 4K 120fps, with 4K portrait video mode and Dolby Vision support. For the third camera, it uses a 1/2 inch LYT-600 sensor with a resolution of 50MP and an equivalent focal length of 14mm. Meanwhile, the selfie camera uses a 50MP front camera which is located in the punch-hole cutout.

    In terms of power, this smartphone is powered by a 5,500 mAh capacity battery with support for 80W wired and 30W wireless charging.

    Availability

    This smartphone also supports 5.5G and two-way satellite connectivity, but only for China. Vivo X100 ultra runs on the OriginOS 4 operating system based on Android 14.

    This smartphone is available in Titanium, White and Grey. Prices start from CNY 6,499 or around IDR 14 million for the 12/256GB variant, up to $1,107.97 for the 16GB/1TB variant. Sales start in China on May 28.
